[REMOVED]
In light of the post by Quentin, I have taken this link down until OP redacts the information.
ETA: Following further posts by Quentin and KeithP, I have removed it completely. It looked OK on my screen, don't know how a hxxps:// can be live!
Dunno how but your replacement "REMOVED" is still clickable and alive and works!!0 -
I hope that has fixed it! What a palaver, would have been easier for the OP to modify the image.Your link made live: -
DELETED, MODIFIED, REMOVED, GONE - I hope

Hi guys,
Just read some of the posts after I attempted to send a link earlier....
....please accept my apologies if I made a bit of a hash of things - I'm a bit of a technophobe unfortunately and have obviously messed up "attempting" to send a link to my PCN's... hope I've not caused too much trouble.
Just an update on my thread - so I wrote to the Retailer with the hope that they'd pay the fine for me, as they'd "promised.. however, they've replied with the following -
Hi *****
Thank you for your reply.
Before we can issue payment to you, you would need to pay the fine and attach receipts to show that the fine has been paid.
Once we have the receipts we will be able to send gift cards to the value of the fine.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Kind Regards

Not sure where to take this now - I've written to BW in the meantime with the usual "hold off while I seek Debt Advice / am contacting your client / any further correspondence will be considered harassment" etc.
Any advice would be most appreciated.0 -
I'd reply saying thankyou for the offer which will be taken up if we lose in court, as we will not be paying under our own volition because this is a scam, and well known to ruin retail parks, and one day we hope landowners & retail Head Offices will see the light and kick such companies out entirely, to try to claw back their customers.
Paying it now would be paying a scam, and we have a higher moral fibre than that. We will be back in touch if we lose the case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But, they said THEY would pay the amount ? You hold them to account on this. You have no obligation to accept gift cards
This is of concern because if you purchased a product from Dunelm that was faulty, would they refund you or fob you off with gift vouchers ?
Stick to your guns ..... they offered to pay0
