I'd say (as long as you never admitted to driving) you will need to search:

It's a busy forum - post it up by all means but don't expect lots of advice over a letter to your MP!0

Dear respected MP xxxxxx
I am contacting you in relation to a parking charge notice I received from Minster Baywatch after parking at xxxx on xxx date.
After receiving the charge, I sent the company an appeal email setting out why I felt I needed further evidence before I could decide on whether to pay or challenge the notice.
The company did not acknowledge my appeal or provide me with a POPLA code to appeal further. Thus, not following required practice.
Minster Baywatch (MB) also failed to comply with POFA 2012 regulation paragraph 14 section 2 and 3. As hirer of a leased car, and after being made aware by my leasing company, MB failed to supply me with required documents within stipulated time and cannot assume liabilty against myself as keeper and hirer.
Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company and appeal the charge, MB decided to request help from Gladstones Solicitors (GS). GS decided to put aside all protocol and sent me a letter before claim. They also decided to add administrative charges and the amounts increased significantly. I reminded GS to follow set procedures otherwise I would report them to SRA. GS also sent out some automated letters to me which included false statements. These are typically known as robo claims.
Furthermore, signage on the entrance to the car park does not comply with the regulations. As per BPA Code of Practice, font size must be a minimum of 90mm when approached by an access road, yet when measured the font on signage displayed is 30mm. The signs are difficult to read. It is made near impossible on the approach of the car park.
All along I have tried to appeal the decision and get further information but MB and GS have denied my right and have now decided to take the matter to a county court. I will be defending the court case. I believe both MB and GS are not fit for purpose and shouldn't be allowed to continue. They do not follow set guidelines and use scare tactics to force vulnerable people to pay these baseless fines.0 -

Hi, I have received an email from MB stating they will take upto 5 days dealing with my SAR. Is this the norm? Or did anyone have a different email address than the enquiries@minsterbaywatch.co.uk0
