PCN-Your vehicle was not authorised to Park

The PPC who issued the NTK is Euro Car Parks my issue is yes I might have parked on private property unknowingly and might have not even gone in Toby Carvery...there were no signs at all showing its a customer only parking or they using cameras to record vehicles in and out. Is it with the hassle or should I just pay the fine?
That sounds to me that you didn't go into The Carvery. To be honest 25 minutes would be a very short time to be there unless you went in for a quick drink
As MistyZ suggests you have more chance of a landowner cancellation if you actually use the shop/store/pub whatever. Which was why I asked the question0 -
without a landowner cancellation, you are left with POFA protecting a keeper if they failed it and inadequate signage issues , plus if its a recent introduction then they may have failed the BPA CoP on not ensuring extra signs about the change of rules0

Hey thanks everyone for all your replies very helpful...used to always reluctantly pay these type of ‘fine’ hopefully no more. Here’s the deal I’m a honest man and I don’t like lying..the driver that parked in Toby didn’t actually go in and eat there..my point was there was no signage visible at all ... might go there and take some pictures..0

signage is the key part that forms in contract
poor or inadequate or missing signage is crucial , so yes get pictures
tell the driver to stay on public roads in future, only parking on private land after reading signs and complying, assuming its a trap unless proven otherwise0
