Paying off CCJ from Parking Eye

Hi
We are in the process of applying for a mortgage and have discovered that there is a CCJ on my partners credit report from September 2013 with Parking Eye. We are aware that it will disappear off the credit report after September but we need to show it as satisfied in the mean time to get accepted for our mortgage.
We have the relevant court reference but no PCN reference as all the documents were sent to the previous address.
We’re not interested in getting the CCJ set aside or appealing it, we just need to pay it.
How do I speak to a real person at Parking Eye and pay off the £165 that’s causing me so much stress?

Email enforcement at pe with VRM details and the CCJ reference, plus name and address
Email a SAR to the DPO at pe will produce all the documents etc0 -

It usually takes about a month to update credit rating records. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Indeed, be precise
Do you need the judgement to show on your credit record as SATISFIED
or
Do you need the judgement to disappear entirely?
If the former, then you pay them. Get in contact with PE. Done.
IF the latter then your only option is a set aside.0 -
Pretty pointless paying now. By the time it shows up as satisfied on credit reports it will have dropped off anyway.0

Depends upon how urgent the mortgage is needed
If the ccj is paid off today and the defendant obtains proof of payment from the claimant to pass on to the court then the ccj will be marked satisfied tomorrow
@OP
Are you sure a "satisfied" ccj on the record is acceptable to your lender?0 -

Lenders tend not to check Trustonline, generally they use the three main credit reference companies. They can take a fair while to update their records.
Given it drops off in September there's a good chance paying it is pointless.0 -

That’s the issue though, I can’t get through to anyone to pay it, every single number I phone is automated, ref number is invalid, emails being ignored and the people at the court don’t know who we need to speak to.0 -
Personally I cannot see how paying it would fix the credit rating in 5 weeks, whereas it will drop off in September anyway, so it's pointless
I also fail to see how we can help the OP if they cannot get through on the phone and emails are being ignored as well
Miracle workers we aren't, the dispute is between the CCJ holder and the claimant and this is a forum about parking, not CCJ issues0 -

The mortgage is urgent, we’re currently living with my parents but this is only a very temporary thing.
We have a mortgage advisor who has spoken with the lender and they have agreed that proof of payment will be enough to accept our mortgage, given that it’s coming off in September anyway.
I have read through PE privacy policy and they only keep data for 6 years, meaning it’s unlikely they will still have any record of the original PCN addressed to my other half.
I’m getting very frustrated that I can’t just speak to an actual human at that place 🤬🤬0 -

Like I've said is there any point though? Given most lenders won't see it as satisfied until the end of August will paying out a load of money make any difference?
Might as well save the money. Once six years is up it's pretty much over.0
