  • Hello

It was Judge Josephs. I will be happy to show the Judgement for others to use. I'm very new to this forum, how do I post it on here?

    Thanks

You can take a photo or scan of it, and host that image in Dropbox and choose to share a link, then you have enough posts here that you can upload a URL link using one of the little icons above the 'reply' box when you go to post here.

Please do - it's important to lots of others as DJ Joseph has spelt it out so well!

If you wish, cover your name as Defendant and we can call you Ms X (or whatever you prefer) when we cite your case in future.

Here is a copy of the judgement I received from Judge Josephs at the Warwick County Court. The claim from Phoenix Parking Solutions with QDR Solicitors was struck out as an abuse of process.

I would have been happy to share my name but the claim was against the company that I work for so couldn't share that information.

    Hope it helps some people.

Thanks for posting that Warwick judgment.

Wow DJ Joseph was quick off the mark!

    :T

That was only 11 days after the Southampton hearing so I guess he and DJ Grand are friends and discussed the case at Soton and DDJ Joseph liked the argument and hates PPC cases.

Come back to us if you hear that the PPC have applied to set that aside, as you will need to copy what I did at Southampton to the letter, if so.

  • I like that the judge expressly pointed out
with reference to the Judgment in Parking Eye v Beavis, which expressly approved the parking charge because it included costs of administration.
Don't you just love it when PE v Beavis works against the PPCs?
