That's what I was wondering, I agree prices are on the rise but nowhere near the extortionate rises I saw in Marks and Sparks today,

RR - I tried your water bottle technique but i actually found it too cold would you believe. Plus, I wasn't under the covers to feel any benefit. I might need to teak my technique.

Specky does your hot water bottle have a cover on ? mine has and I just rest it on my tummy or against my back makes it much cooler but I should imagine it would be too cold without a cover, Very Happy Birthday to you xxxx

Thanks for the wishes on the weight loss, Topsy I am kind of loosely following slimming world but I havent joined a group just doing it on my own, I have also bought the Pinch of Nom cooking book and joined their FB page which has a load of great low cal recipes xx

    Have good evenings all xx

Evening -it's so clammy tonight - I need a personal fridge!

Things have calmed down here. Negativity has disappeared for the time being and thanks are being offered.

I managed a walk today, just round a local park though it was enough to give me head space. My evening meal offering to DM was a success too so that helped.

Redruby - I am in awe of your willpower - well done.
