DPD faked signature

DPD has no photo only showing it was delivered and Geo Tag, where DPD and Hermes are popular with coming to property then Geo tag it than drive off. There are no CCTV around my place at all.
Faked signature is common with DPD and Google will show many people having same problem not just with Nike but almost every company that uses DPD.
Please check internet feedback on DPD fraud. As a new member I'm not allowed to provide links but there are many included DPD customer surveyThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I have supplied proof of signature 10 days later not in advance. American express confirmed they have some scribble and thus I have send my proof for them to compare.
Just to let you all know who have read and replied. On 28th I went through whole building, flat by flat ( not pleasant ) finally found parcel. Neighbour found it under the staircase, tried to ring my bell (next day Monday) and I was at work. She went to holiday and left parcel with her.
Just proves there was no signature at all but driver faked it, after I created charge back case.
There are huge amount of people losing their money and there's nothing anyone can do.

Looks like you work against people and not for people with these comments.
If you are someone else's skin and in the same situation you would think differently.... I hope :rotfl:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

So you have the parcel and it was delivered as DPD says it was. You've also now added that this was a flat in a building , that info in the first post might have actually helped as that would explain why it showed as delivered but not to you and would have made this a lot simpler. The signature is still a red herring , even if you do change your story as to when you supplied government ID and a signature, they delivered it.
As for huge amounts of,people losing money, if that was the case the courier would have gone out of business. The internet is full of people complaining about every courier, and about RM, thousands and thousands of parcels are delivered every day and you only get the bad news, no one is going to post saying they received their parcel as expected. If you want bad reviews try MyHermes or Yodel, DPD Are considered one of the better companies.Looks like you work against people and not for people with these comments.

I don't know you and I can't see how stating the facts can alter regardless of who posted the question. If you wanted people to just agree with you then say that next time, or go ahead and sue, being anxious or angry about a situation doesn't mean the advice offered will differ. As advises earlier in the thread, pushing the courier more to provide additional info would have helped as they could have confirmed it was handed to someone else within the building. Are you from DPD .... :rotfl:

This whole post just seems so fishy, funny how you magically found it after it all went wrong let me guess you ended up returning the goods?0
