I am approaching the end of my Plusnet contract (9th Oct). I currently pay £22 per month for up to 40MBPS and just wondering when the best time to contact Plusnet is regarding renewing.

I would say 3-4 weeks before your contract ends and armed with the cheapest deal you can get elsewhere. You intend to leave unless they will match.0

Remember its not the end but a move to rolling 30 day price .
Price up the competition before phoning .
Keep an eye out for price increase as well .0 -
Yes thanks, that's more or less what I intended. Best deals seem to come and go and I am also use Topcashback so keeping an eye on that as well.
If I can keep them under £25 per month I'll probably stay with them tbh.0 -
Being with plusnet I find that they ring you anyway. Though you will get a better deal on the web chat more than likely.0
