What do you think you should do now that you have read this? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyouThings that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
hi oldernonethewiser, I did read the guide and from what i gathered it said to appeal around 26 day mark for BPA member (which F1rst parking is) either online or by email.
but as I no longer have the PCN i don't have the number so can't login online to appeal. so what to do in this case?0 -

You could always submit a SAR to the PPC. As a reputable company I am sure they have managed and stored your data compliantly?0 -
The NTK will have all the details
(edit your OP to remove details of who was driving - the ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court)0 -
thanks OK but if I wait for the NTK this will be after the 26 day mark, if I understand correctly ? or I can still appeal it at this stage and win?0
-
You would be sending the same appeal!
No-one here will advise you it will win!
They usually get rejected!!0 -
I wonder what this thread is all about?0
