Well at least the POC mentions signs.

Unless poor quality signs are mentioned in your Defence you will not be able to expand on that in you Witness Statement.

    Add this para:
It is denied that the claimant's signage sets out the terms in a sufficiently clear manner which would be capable of binding any reasonable person reading them. They merely state that vehicles must be parked correctly within their allocated parking bay, giving no definition of the term 'correctly parked', nor indicating which bays are allocated to whom.

When did you submit your defence (exactly - date and time)?

I sent the defence to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk, as per post 3 in this thread on 29/07 4pm.

I didn't receive a reply, nothing on MCOL showing defence received or anything.

But you do have the automatic email response from the CCBC acknowledging receipt of your email, don't you?

Look again in your email 'sent' folder for the date and time of sending to CCBC.

Silly question, but did you attach the PDF file when you emailed to the CCBC?

If everything ties up then you may have to get heavy with the CCBC and insist that they correct their error.

Just checked and I did receive auto response from CCBC at 4.04pm.

My outbox shows a sent time as 4.03pm :(

What is the judgement, does this mean you have to pay? How much?
