Thanks, I'll have a proper read later. Unfortunately our management company employed them to stop freeloaders parking on our land so this may not be quite that simple.

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

UKPC are biting the hand that feeds them - if the management company is on your side that is, which they should be. There are other ways of achieving the same end.then they can have a whitelist of all the authorised vehicles that should be there, simplesnot only that, there should be an easy way of cancelling tickets when its a resident or authorised vehiclethe DVLA dont seem to have a problem in registering vehicles online, taking road tax etc

It is pretty stupid to contract some rogue ex-clamper parking firm just because a couple of trespassing parkers were causing an issue, historically. Sledgehammer to crack a nut.
A gate or £40 parking post does the job without ruining the residents' lives. Tenants have less clout but the leasehold owners of properties (if these are individual private landlords) should be up in arms about their rights being threatened and the value of the flats being dragged down. Your Management Company don't call the shots.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
