    oh so u guys get your salary just like a regular bank transfer ? is it that easy (sorry in Germany its super complicated they need to wire the salary with a special code so the bank knows its salary and use that as reason to issue credit cards and Overdraft )

    Nothing special required for salary, just sort code and account number.

    I don't know who you are working for but I suspect they may have told you porkies. All your German employer needs to pay your salary into a German bank account is an IBAN (used to be BLZ and Kontonummer in years gone by) . An IBAN is simply a code identifying your account, similar to sort code + account number in the UK. UK accounts also have IBANs but those are only used for international bank transfers.

    try opening a starling account i believe they report on equifax and transunion

    Yes that easy, as mentioned all you need is the sort code and account number, just make sure they are correct.
