Broadband without a phone line

I have just moved house and I don't have any phone or broadband at the moment but I would like broadband (preferably 4MB) but don't want a phone line as I won't use it so seems like a waste of money.

Does anyone know who does cable broadband without having to get a landline other than Virgin? I don't mind getting a tv package with the broadband.

There are no other cable providers other than Virgin. Without a phone line your only other option would be mobile. e.g. here.

Maybe you can convince your closest neighbour (if any) to share theirs, for a small contribution.
