So on the 17th April I was contacted by Plusnet to arrange another 18 months Broadband, keep a long storey short I was offered a £75.00 Reward Card to stay with them. Email confirmation received . Then all the hassle starts.
The deal you've seen is exclusively a introductory offer. This is not something we're able to offer you on this new contract, I'm afraid as we already provide a service to you. No, you offered the reward card to me, phoned up and complained.
Were delighted you've chosen to stick with Plusnet. Were now busy processing your £75 cashback cheque. Great all sorted, or I thought it was
The Marketing team have confirmed that what you saw is an introductory offer and is not applicable as you did a contract renewal Here we go again...No Plusnet offered it me, another complaint logged
And so we repeat the chain 'Going to get' and now I'm not going to get.
They can not even get my monthly bill correct, having to complain every month to get a refund.
I am getting so fed up of complaining about the reward card but I'm now complaining out of principal....So the Big question is Who is right here, me or Plusnet??
