Water Bill ?

If you are struggling to pay the £15 a month for your water, I suggest contacting the company and explaining the situation aod working out a plan. But, it sounds like you are disputing whether you should pay at all due to their IT error? Unfortunately, even if they had an error, you still need to pay for your water supply.
Note: Water cannot be cut off under any circumstances also btw, so even if you paid late, or left it a while, there is very little the company can do enforcement wise. Obviously, you don't want to start a dispute as it could theoretically go to a bailiff company (although bailiffs aren't going to send agents for debt this small), but just to make you aware (for your peace of mind) that your water supply is never under threat.1 -
I expect they've sorted this out in the nine months since they asked the question.theselfishaltruist said:If you are struggling to pay the £15 a month for your water, I suggest contacting the company and explaining the situation aod working out a plan.0
