i have 4 babies. the eldest, all white cat called smudge, is fussy n prefers meat variety-in gravy not jelly, the 2nd arfa (cos hes half black n half white!) will eat OWT-loves biscuits and mine all love go-cat as opposed to the more expensive ones ive tried. the third, buudy and black long haired stunner likes meat wet food and tuna. the 4th- a 4 month pure white oddeyed boy called leo will only eat-special cat milk, canned tuna nd fresh chicken.
honestly who'd have them! LOL
they dont get this money saving lark at all except all 4 hate whiskas-jack fulton have good brands at reduced rates, i always but chicken portions when reduced for them
their special treat is king prawns-birthdays, xmas and when they've been illl
i make do with beans on toast-but they are worth it-love em !!!!!!!!!!even god cant change the past-no matter how many times i cryfor levi, leo, smudge and arfa:A my angels0 -
Hi everyone,
Well, I'd kind of abandoned my diary, but think it needs resurrecting as i'm falling off the wagon
I've started clothes shopping again, thinking 'oh well, it'll just put me back a few months' which is v silly. I'm getting where i think 'oh i NEED such and such' when of course i don't really. Oh god - its going to have to stop.
Right, I'm going to do some calculations will post later......

Hello again,
Well, I've one a quick check of my finances:
overdraft currently = -£401.46. Next payday is 16th march, but all large payments gone from account.
virgin card = £3089.40. This should be around £3045 because they have charged me too much in balance transfer fee.
barclaycard = £89 approx.
student loan = £5876.69 at Jan 08
joint loan with OH is £14k. will be paid off Oct 2010.
Next step is to do a realistic budget for the rest of the month....Not Buying It 20150 -
Hi Falady
I too have fussy eaters. There are 5 ladies in my house. 1 eats only Whiskas complete dried food, 2 will eat both dried and tinned and 2 only tinned in gravy! They all enjoy the occasional smartprice tuna supper or left over chicken from our dinners, but mainly get buy on Asda'a own brand.
I buy 60 cans of meat and 3 x 3kg bags of Whiskas each month and that is plenty for them all. Costs about £35 for the month which to me is definitely worth it. I admit it is quite a chunk of my grocery budget but why should I feed part of my family worse than the rest?
Good luck with your budgeting. I wish I had a DFD of 2010, mine is 2025 :xmastree:Merry Christmas0
