Vodafone broadband through MSE

Hi,
I’m trying to sign up to the Vodafone £21 per month deal through broadband unbundled with £75 voucher and amazon echo plus.
I can get all the way through to checkout but when I try to checkout I get error messages about not being able to verify my identity or ‘something’s gone wrong’.
Has anyone else had problems? I’ve spoke to Vodafone and they said it’s a broken link from MSE. Does anyone know of another link?
Thanks,
Nat

Checkout clear cookies and history .
Use another web browser .
Checkout is not an MSE link it belongs to Vodafone .0 -
Looks like bait and switch. I've tried several browsers and PC's on this one. Interestingly, if you go direct the site to buy it without the £75 gift card then it does work. I used the chat function to try and purchase - but then the price they offered was higher (£23 not £21).
I've tried links from MSE, Reward Gateway and Broadband Choices. All fail during the purchase processs. Vodafone blame a "third party supplier".
Very disapointing Vodafone.0 -
Thank you. So there’s no way to fix it? I’ve cleared cookies, tried on 3 pcs and different browsers.
Very frustrating as it looked like a good deal. Does anyone have any recommendations of who to switch to instead?0 -
I have also tried signing up to Vodaphone superfast 1 deal and links ok to Vodaphone but keeps saying something went wrong on their site. I have been trying for the past week , Vodaphone chat advise to clear cookies and cache and use another browser ie Chrome. Tried and still same problem. Rang Vodaphone and surprise they will not give same deal , they will match all but £75 voucher. What a con.If this is how they treat you when they are tempting you to join what will they be like when you join and have an issue . Avoid Vodaphone
Just had a text from Vodaphone asking how did we do on the call I made to them. 0 would not recommend up to 10 highly recommend.. So tried replying 0 would not recommend and keeps coming up text not sent. I bet if I put 10 it would send. What a crap company. I had no issues with plusnet who I am currently with but after speaking to them they cannot give me a good price on a new contract as mine up shortly0 -
I've had this problem too, via the MSE and Carphone warehouse websites.
Now wondering how to switch to, currently with Talk Talk. Who has the best freebie, I can be persuaded by a freebie!Aspiring to be financially independent.... from my parents!0 -
Just some feedback about the Vodafone broadband deal which offers a cheaper rate and a £100 shopping card. I tried to sign up for this, in fact the router (for which I was charged £9.99) arrived the very next day but, after waiting for some time to be contacted by Vodafone with an update on connection, I phoned them and they said there had been a problem and that I should reapply and they would then cancel my first application. I did so and another £9.99 was taken but the same issue happened again.!
In the end, I had to go into a Vodafone store and got a different deal. They advised that the problem arose because my application was routed through a third party website. However, despite this, Vodafone treated my enquiry with the utmost respect and professionalism. Because of this I chose to proceed with a sign-up even though the deal wasn't quite as good as the one MSE was offering.0
