Easy to open current bank account
Comments

It's inevitably a generalisation but you'll often find that opening a second current account with your existing bank is the easiest way of generating a donor account, as they'll already have verified your ID, etc, thereby minimising the chances of being asked to go into branch or posting certified copies of documents and so on....0

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will read more about TSB, Monzo, Starling and also will consider opening second current account with my existing bank.

Monzo wins for me. The account was open inside 5 minutes when I applied. Starling wasn't that far behind it. Those two are, in my experience, by far and away the easiest to open.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!

Thanks again everybody for help. Monzo account opened.
