    Thank you so much for your reply , I’m just so confused why there are so many negative reviews for sky broadband, just nervous at changing my ISP, but I’ve kinda had enough of virgin media but don’t want to change to a ISP that is worse then Virgin media 😕, thank you again for your reply 🙂

    People are quick to complain and slow to praise.

    I had sky, moved to BT, went back to sky due to BT dropping out.

    Due to price, later moved to vodafone, just moving back to sky again due to vodafone performance problems.

    Sky have never let me down.

    People often confuse the ISP service with the router. As long as you can use your own router, or another ISPs, you can solve most router problems.

    Even if you have to use the ISP router you can almost always connect a separate wifi access point to get better wifi range.
    A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
