Hi all, sorry for the new post, however I cannot find the answer I'm looking for elsewhere. I have received a number of letters from Horizon Parking for parking on private land which have been ignored. I have now received a letter from Gordon & Nobel stating I've to pay £1440 for 12 offences between 16/01/18 and 11/03/19.…

I agree not to ignore this - write and state you are prepared to affirm on oath in court, that you were not the driver on these occasions and will be able to show that the car was insured for more than one person.

At least that sets your stall out clearly, and it's the last thing they want to hear. Keep proof of posting (not signed for). Just a free cert of posting from your PO Counter.

Just in case, keep that little receipt stapled to a copy of the letter you send, for 5 years from the last PCN date.
