Credit Club - Broken Link

Hi,

On the MSE Credit Club footer there is a link to help / FAQs: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/creditclub/faq/

I wanted to make you aware that this link currently results in a 404.

[STRIKE]On a related note, is there a way to contact experian when verification fails? Since moving 10 months ago I've been unable to login to credit club after updating my address.

I had a similar problem with Noddle (now transunion) and an e-mail to them resolved the issue.[/STRIKE]. I've e-mailed the social support e-mail from the Experian rep on the boards.

Does nobody from MSE actually monitor feedback anymore?


As an aside, the experian team have been thoroughly useless by e-mail so I've just given up getting the verification problem resolved. Doesn't give the best impression of MSE.

I've been warned that my password has been compromised, presumably with all my Experian details! Yet when I asked how to change this, the link they gave me was broken.

I've tried again on their 'broken link' page. The link to 'email the team' doesn't work either!
