So I have received my letter saying my appeal has been rejected. Shocker! Because I wouldn’t name the driver of course.
They have now supplied me with the number to appeal to POPLA. Although they where kind enough to extend the reduced rate period if I wanted to pay it.
I also got in touch with my local MP who have also contacted them on my behalf so we shall see what comes from that too.
Thanks for everyone’s continued advice. I will update when I hear more.
As Redx says in post#11, and Parking Eye are behaving like an illiterate child .... they flaunt the grace period to suit themselves
POPLA should see the error of their ways
The BPA state .....
https://www.britishparking.co.uk/News/good-car-parking-practice-includes-grace-periods
Clearly PE ignore the BPA code of practice which proves the BPA should be re-training Parking Eye to obey the code of practice0 -
You need to draft a popla appeal and submit it by day 32 on their website as a PDF appeal
Do not miss this deadline , no matter what else happens apart from a cancellation0
