Doesn't mention pm so that doesn't feature. 10 to 11 am.0

That would be really odd though, no parking between 10am and 11am makes little sense?0

Someone's made a mistake.
Are there any similar signs in the vicinity and what do they say?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

There was a tube station just down the road, so we used to get people driving in at 7-8am, parking up, walking to the station, then coming back at 7pm.
Resident-only parking between 10-11am meant that stopped instantly. Not much restriction on anybody else, though.0 -

Hi guys,
So would I be breaching the rules if I parked there after 11am? And would I be breaching it if I parked before 10am and was out before 10am? i.e. I park at 9am and leave by around 9.45am, would I breach it?0 -
The resident permits are only required between 10am and 11am. You can park at 11.01am, and leave at 9.59am the next day, and you will be just fine and dandy.0

Hi all,
Does this sign mean you cannot park between 10AM to 11AM or is it from 10PM to 11AM?
Bit basic I know but it doesn't make sense to me.
It's designed to make sure the commuters park in the railway carpark, rather than upset the locals.0 -
