Notice to Hirer from F1rst Parking - more than 14 days

I've gone trough number of posts but couldn't find anything to clarify my situation.
I drive a company vehicle which is leased.
My company received a Notice to Hirer from F1rst Parking.
No windscreen ticket has been issued and only a timestamped photos of entering and leaving the parking area have been provided.
My main questions are:
1. Date of event is 08/06/2019 but the notice was issued only on 12/07/2019 (more than a month later).
My understanding is that F1rst Parking have failed to meet the obligations of Schedule 4 of the POFA Act 2012 and I can appeal on these ground.
2. Do I send an appeal addressed in the company name (as notice to hirer was received)? They haven't named me as a driver.
Any comments are highly appreciated.

Do you know when the registered keeper received the NTK from the PPC?
Do you know when the registered keeper responded to the PPC?
Without that information it is difficult to say that the Notice to Hirer is late.
Should be easy to win a company car case without those dates, as long as the driver isn't admitted.
The are template appeals for company car users by Edna Basher towards the bottom of post #1 of the NEWBIES thread.0 -
Appreciate the prompt reply.
The company (my employer) received the notice today but it is dated 12/07/2019 for the parking event on 08/06/2019. So it is more than a month between the parking offence and the notice.
It states "Notice to hirer" which I assume is same as NTK.
As a company employee I am responsible for PCN's so it has been passed on to me but considering above I am looking to appeal.
If I understood correctly I don't need to disclose that I am the driver and the appeal can be submitted in my companies name as the keeper stating that F1rst Parking have failed to meet the obligations of Schedule 4 of the POFA Act 2012. Am I thinking in the right direction?0 -

The 14 days doesn't apply. The PPC will have sent a NTK to the lease firm owner first.
You need to read the section about lease/hirer cases in the NEWBIES thread post #1 and use/adapt one of the links to a specific appeal, changing the name of the parking firm to F1rst.
This isn't so much about dates.
It's about lack of NTHirer statutory enclosures, as the example special appeals in that part of the NEWBIES thread, tell you.If I understood correctly I don't need to disclose that I am the driver and the appeal can be submitted in my companies name as the keeper stating that F1rst Parking have failed to meet the obligations of Schedule 4 of the POFA Act 2012. Am I thinking in the right direction?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
