3 PCNs and counting. Permit only private land charges

Hi,
I've just been through the newbies thread and really can't find a link/answer to my predicament and just need to know a thing before I submit an appeal to 3 PCNs I've received this week and I expect another 2 given the dates. These were postal PCNs
I don't know if my circumstance is unusual however, my car has been photographed by a well known northern firm in what I assumed to be a building site. The building is surrounded by hoardings, signs are pretty naff and apart from one, they are mostly too high to read comfortably.
My main issue is whether the grounds to pursue an appeal by adding to the blue template are worth it. I've discovered that the car park is permit only but the building is closed, boarded up and will be for months. I want to question whether their operation is valid in this instance as there is no company there who is being disadvantaged while at the same time no need for permits.
It seems to me, and I may be wrong, that the company responsible for parking are possibly overreaching as the only people around are ground workers.
Would the template fit this scenario or is it different for permit only even in a seemingly dormant location
Please don't flame me if this post is premature. I've been on the site all evening trying to digest the information and my head is a bit spinning.
Thanks in advance

Send the blue text appeal that you appear to have already found in the NEWBIES thread.
Send it unchanged - no alterations or additions needed.
Send it as the keeper.
Who is the parking company?0 -
Hi mate, thanks for a quick reply. I was hoping thats all I'd have to do but really wasn't sure
It's northern parking scoundrels.0 -
Send three separate appeals - one for each PCN.0

Will do.

Of course it is valid. The landowner can use their land for whatever purpose they like. The fact that no-one is being disadvantaged by your presence is neither here not there.
The landowner, through their agent has now invoiced you for the damage he/she has suffered when you breached the contract you agreed by parking there and you now have to deal with it. The newbies threads deals with how precisely. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Yeah, I'm busy looking and digesting it more and more. I think, like a lot of people, the driver is guilty of being ignorant in thinking that it was fair use while the place is shuttered
The appeal will go in tonight and then we wait
Thanks for the reply and claricication0
