    Vicky says they've not been hacked, numerous agents have said the same, they 'fob you off' by telling you they've not been hacked and you think Vicky's answer is a 'pat response' because she told you the same.

    If you have been in touch numerous times what did they tell you about your email account(besides it's not been hacked :) )?
