That's a well chosen user name.
Vicky says they've not been hacked, numerous agents have said the same, they 'fob you off' by telling you they've not been hacked and you think Vicky's answer is a 'pat response' because she told you the same.
If you have been in touch numerous times what did they tell you about your email account(besides it's not been hacked
