I've just received this email from HSBC:
It appears to be invite only, so check your email inbox.
I already receive more than 1% cashback on most of my purchases elsewhere.
We’re making using your HSBC Visa Debit Card more rewarding. Whether you’re using your card for everyday shopping, the occasional treat or even a trip outside of the UK, you can earn 1% cashback on your purchases.
From 19 July 2019 until 20 October 2019, you can earn up to £10 a month on your everyday spending(1). Simply use your HSBC Visa Debit Card and you'll automatically begin to earn cashback.
(1) Which transactions are excluded?
The following transactions are excluded from cashback: payments for gambling transactions, financial services payments such as credit card or insurance payments, cash withdrawals, or card to card payments.

Just received that offer too0

I've received it as well. I only get half of that on my credit card. Conditions are a bit confusing however. It runs for 3 months, mid-month, but the conditions refer to a maximum.of £10 per calendar month, which suggests to me it would be possible to get £40 across the promotion.0

I suppose if you combined it with the free Curve card, you could get a total of 2% at your 3 selected retailers, plus a fiver if you are new to Curve and use a referral link.
EDIT: as pointed out by gt94sss2 later on, this might not work as "card to card payments" are excluded in the T&Cs. I can't try it out myself as I don't think I got the HSBC offer, and I don't normally buy anything with debit cards, anyway.0 -
new to curve here where do you get a referral ?0

No such luck receiving the offer here, but I thought it might be a good idea to pull my debit card out of the back of the drawer and activate it...0

I got this offer as well and am not sure if it works with Curve:Which transactions are excluded?
