    You can only zoom in so much but yes I am assuming underneath the road? The road is a cul de sac, so if they dig it all up it might be annoying...

    If they dig it up, it's less hassle for you than if the road needs digging up for the sewers or the water or gas mains or the power cables...

    Do you say that because they will not cut off services while they do the work or another reason? I'm more so thinking of vehicular access issues!
