am absolutely furious
sent in 4th airtime bill within the 30 days of bill date (photocopied & recorded) as requested but before 120 days (by my calculations 5 days) after connection (in another paragraph on another page)...have just been told that because i was to early and that my claim was turned down that i can no longer claim any of the other cash backs either. Their wording is incredibly ambiguous...is there anything i can do...i haven`t even worked out if it is cheaper to cancel the deal (which i doubt)
any help or advice gratefully received....
advice from me steer well clear!

Yes. Read the relevant threads under E2Save Problem, OSPS, Virgin sim and all others on E2Save/cpw. Well documented. Should move this thread to one of those (E2SaveProblem I would think).
Might also like to read post number 5 (and others should you think it helpful) on:-

If it says send the bill showing you've been connected for 120 days, shouldn't it be the 5th bill you send in? (I may be wrong so please double check).
Also, AFAIK there's nothing in the T & C's, that says you can't claim in future if you send your claim in too early (only if you send it in late). Again, just check your T&C's as I think there's a number of variations in the e2save t&c's.0 -
Stay calm craftypooch, they CAN'T void all future claims because of an early claim, this is just a standard reply from them, it has happened before and no doubt it will happen again.
Send them a letter (recorded) telling them that they can't void all future claims as per T&C's because of an early claim and that you want your contract re-instated immediately, they can fine you if they want (£10), as below;
Administration charges
Due to the number of early claims, duplicate claims, incomplete claims and multiple claims, we will charge you £10 for each case encountered.
Best of luck, and send off correctly next time - AFTER 4 months/6 months etc, and NOT before. I find it's easier to use a date 4 months on etc. instead of counting days (120 days etc).

Why mention the "fine" at all?0

Because that's ALL they are entitled to do, and NOT invalidate future claims.
They should waive the charge as a goodwill gesture as they have done previously with other customers who have claimed early.

They don't make "gestures" of "goodwill". That's what they say when they realise they have broken the t&c and have no choice but to pay up. They simply are ignoring the legal t&c -as well as their own in this instance! If they want to impose such a charge leave it up to them. There is no need at all to bring it to their attention. The only thing which matters (as I've advised others successfully) is to make it clear that there is nothing in the t&c which banish all future claims for merely sending and early claim. It's pretty straightforward and clear - why give them any extras?0
