    Hello everyone.
I've got some good news - yesterday I had my hearing and guess what? Claim has been dismissed!!!!
I couldn't express how happy I am that I tried - I'd like to thank everyone of you who helped me and support.

Just briefly explain what happened yesterday.
I came to court and while I was waiting for my turn some guy introduced to me saying he's a lawyer on car park behalf, we can "risk" and go for a hearing OR he can still offer me a 150£ deal, I said no thank you.
When we went to hearing room he explained judge all situation saying I entered car park about 17:18 and leave at 19:19. On the log provided by themselves there is my transaction for on hour stay from 19:13 to 20:13. It means I came back to the car park, wanted to pay for all the time but I've bean charged for on your in advance. Lawyer tried convince judge that I should pay in advance when I entered car park, but there was no information on signs that I have to do that. In that case judge decided I really wanted to pay for all stay, their signs are ambiguous and claim has been dismissed.
He said something like "even English is a second language for defendant, it shouldn't be a problem on that case because my first language is English and I don't understand those signs"
And: "I am having hundreds car park cases but I haven't seen something like this before".
I'd love to get that transcript, print it and hang on my wall <3
He also said he will instruct NCP to change their signs of they want to be paid in advance.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
