Highview Parking PCN - company car - appeal?

Hi all.
Can anybody help with this please?
Registered keeper (employer) has received a penalty charge notice for a company pool car from highview parking for an apparent overstay.

They are not keen to appeal this but have asked me if I would like to try....

Can anyone confirm if this is something that can be done and any template that can be used to appeal.
Your help is greatly welcomed.
Thanks

They can name you as lessee (day to day keeper) with a serviceable address so that HV can send you an NTK, which gets the monkey off their back

Then you appeal yours as lessee/keeper using one of the Edna basher templates from the bottom of post #1 of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum

No blabbing about who was driving

Easy one, anyone could win it, even a child writing in crayon. See the NEWBIES thread.

You could either use the one Redx suggests, after waiting for the company to name you as the lessee/hirer (NOT DRIVER!)...

    or

submit the usual blue template appeal and attach evidence that you are authorised by the keeper company to appeal this PCN (an email from the company, again with NOTHING that suggests you were the driver - only the 'lessee/hirer').
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I take it that the driver is unknown but that you will be acting as keeper.

As nine times out of ten these tickets are scams get your MP on board.P.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Alternatively the OP could appeal this as day to day keeper using the standard template in the NEWBIES. This wouldn't necessarily work with many companies, but we know that up until now, Lowview cancel as soon as they see the forum template.
Doing it this way stops the company from being involved at all and inadvertently naming the OP as driver instead of correctly identifying them as hirer/lessee, who is by definition the day to day keeper.

Just to state that my suggestion is the "official" path to completion, by using every stage to clear each hurdle and tie up all the loose ends

You have been told not to name the driver, this is a sneeky fishing excercise.

    Highview has gone fishing ?

None of their business who the driver is and you are NOT about to tell them.
