Update to CC claim process.I was actually looking forward to going to Court against ParkingEye however it is not to be.
I received mail from ParkingEye this morning stating that they have discontinued the claim and now consider the matter closed.
I would just like to extend my sincere thanks to you all on this site who have helped me in fighting their claim. From my original Defence to my Witness Statement.
May I wish you all the very best for the Season and keep up the good fight!
