Help with Defence for CC claim from Parking Eye who haven’t allowed grace period.

One reason for printing your own might be if you are going on holiday, or working away, etc, and are concerned you might miss the DQ from the CCBC.0

I now have a County Court Date for January 20 to hear this case.
I have just received a 12 page copy of Parking Eye’s Defence which is rebutting the points in my defence with legal stuff.
I have still to write my witness statement and send it off.
Would it be OK to place a redacted copy of their defence documents for advice on this forum as it is somewhat intimidating or is that the whole point of them sending it.
Just need to know how I now respond to it witness statement wise.
Many thanks .0 -
No issue in linking PE's document to the thread. You'll probably need to host it on Dropbox (or similar) as a single-document pdf (rather than 12 separate pages, with 12 separate links).
Post the link here, but you will need to change http to hxxp as you won't yet have linking privileges. A regular will then convert for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

P/Eye have not sent a defence, only you are the Defendant, not them.
We don't need to see their template pleadings in their WS, we know what they say.
What is the deadline you have from the court, in the hearing letter, for filing & serving the stuff you are to rely on?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry meant to say Parking Eye’s Reply to my defence not Parking Eye’s Defence in post above.0

I have now finally got time to sort out my witness statement.
Done I need to trawl through Parking Eye’s generic replies to my defence or can I just state what happened on the day and use my relevant defence points(which Parking Eye dispute) with documented back up,signage photographs etc?
Many thanks in advance0 -
The latter , it's your story , the reasons behind it and what you understood before , during , and have found out since
Add your Exhibits (evidence) and Costs Schedule , giving each one an I D , such as pushover01 , pushover02 etc
Read their WS carefully and find out any errors , or where they agree with you , or have not disputed your version of events
State that the ticket was paid for , pushover03 , that the BPA Cop allows 2 separate grace periods and quote them as exhibit pushover04 and any other aspects to backup your lawful use as a consumer , including the CRA 2015 , no fraud occurred or was intended etc , poor and bewildering signage , whatever0 -
Many thanks for your quick reply. You mentioned their WS do you mean that or their reply to my defence?0
