Hi Guys

Its been a while however i just wanted to get an advice on an issue i am having with Vodafone.

I signed a contract on October 2018 and had ability to call Turkey inclusive of 500min and last month realised Vodafone started to charge. Started with customer services and ended up in Complaints where i have just been told we can change tariffs and you are in a contract you have to pay for it! I haven’t been notified whatsoever and over the phone now was told by customer complaints dept that we are notifying you now! Thats not fair is it? What can i do that Vodafone are saying thats the end we cant help any further.

Thanx

Register a formal complaint, wait 8 weeks or until you have a deadlock letter and then go to the Ombudsman - or issue a LBA and then sue if not put right as per your LBA specification.
