Hi thinking of switching from Plusnet depending on if a possible deal may be achieved after a phone call. As usual best deals are for new customers with cash back too, £65 offered with Plusnet. If I did switch for 12 mths can I then go back to Plusnet & receive any benefits offered or is there a set time away you would be classed as a new customer again? So switching each yr for cash back sounds good.
Appreciate any help
Thx

1 year away should be enough for anyone to qualify as a new customer generally speaking.0 -
Is it worth the hassle? PlusNet screwed up my BB and it took me three weeks to get back to a reliable speed."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Hi.
Be careful if you switch. I moved from Sky to Vodafone recently, and it's been a complete nightmare - activation date postponed without notice, line failed within 24 hours of activation, and complete runaround from their customer service - now 16 days without broadband or phone, and a constant stream of missed commits.
If you have a reliable connection with speeds you're happy with, go to your existing ISP and ask for a discount. They'll always try and keep you if they can.
Remember also, that if you move, there may not be a free line/FTTC connection available, and you may be stuck at old ADSL speeds until one becomes available.0 -
