Hi
I used the resolver tool and this was successful. Bit of a surprise for me as I didn't think I had spent that much at all on PPI/PPC all those years ago and had canceled it myself. (Although this was a hard process but that's maybe a different story)
I notice that there are 2 resolver tools, Plevin and General PPI.
Should I be using both?
Thanks

A Plevin refund is generally only granted when a PPI mis-selling complaint has failed. Check your offer letter from the Bank to see if it mentions your PPI was not mis-sold. If you are still unsure, contact the Bank and ascertain whether your complaint also triggered an investigation of your PPI.0 -
