    Read the newbies thread first.

It has all the template letters you need

No need to amend the templates

while following the above good advice .....

you complain to all the places you visited , to the local manager and to the company CEO.

    how to complain

mention to them about the disability ... the condition was there at the time and the blue badge is not applicable on private land.

    good luck

    I have read the newbies.

As it has probably not been sent to me at first, I would like to know if it is worth to approach the shops managers first or write the appeal.

Also, can I use the dates as a fact to appeal?

    Thanks.

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your OP to remove details of who was driving

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you

The fact that the DVLA didn't have you as the keeper is down to you not sending off your section of the log book to them and nothing to do with the PPC

Why not use the appeal set out for you in the FAQ you should have been reading as advised in #2?

Nine out of ten of these so called breaches of contract are scams so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.

Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Why have you deleted your opening post? No-one suggested that.
