Britannia/BWLegal: Another claim struck out for Abuse of Process

Good news from the County Court at Southampton.
I have received a 'General Form of Judgment or Order' to the effect that the claim from Britannia against me has been struck out as they had submitted an knowingly inflated claim for an additional sum which it is not entitled to recover. :j
I had submitted my defence to this claim, but this case had not proceeded to a hearing.

Thanks for adding to that thread. Here is a link to a redacted version of the Order:

District Judge Grand can be added to the list of those who have responded decisively to BWLegal inflating their claims. I am grateful to him for saving me the trouble of preparing a witness statement.
For those wishing to refer to this decision in their own cases, the claim number is: F0DP163T
Perhaps I shouldn't have redacted that part of the form.1 -
Please complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) that their member BW Legal is artificially (and knowingly) inflating claims with spurious sums, causing Judges to strike out on the basis of 'Abuse of Process'.
Please ask them to investigate and bring this malicious, wide scale (GB-wide) attempt to deceive motorists and the courts that the additional amounts are legitimate and legally due. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

100% agree

Hi Kessik can you start your own thread and let us know if you included the ABUSE OF PROCESS in your defence.
If not at least you can work it into your witness statement.
Good luck with this.1 -
Egbert, kessik already has their own thread.1
