Hi all yesterday i went into orange for a upgrade the young lad told me that i can have a upgrade and i can have a free ipod nano and if i handed in my old phone i'd get £100 off my phone bill, so i said i will need to take all my pics and stuff off my old phone and i'll bring it back tomorrow so ive taken my old phone today when the young lad made me sign a new 18 month contract with the free gift of a ipod nano and i was told that because i took the ipod nano that i dont get the £100 off my phone bill with my old phone but i can keep my old phone.
I dont get this as i signed a new 18 month contract and the nano was the free gift at the time. can anyone help???
