I was speaking to someone today who reckons The shops at the peel centre have lost an enormous amount of custom, so this is their attempt to regain everyone that excel “ scammed” by reducing the parking costs, pay on exit, kicking out mr renshaw Smith et al, and re naming the place, no coincidence also that a huge new shop called “ the range” is opening there next week replacing the old toys r us, maybe the owners of the range were forwarded about the horrendous scamming that was going on their and played their part in booting them out ?,, regards to all you guys who keep fighting the fight.0

A very important place for the SRS empire ?
The ex clamper scammer Renshaw-Smith did all this by his tiny little self ..... IDIOT0 -
and reading the BLUE BADGE part, it doesnt state that the daily tariff is payable by BB holders, nor the opposite statement that parking is free for BB holders, meaning a BB holder could easily assume the rules in their blue booklet apply and its up to 3 hours free parking
Care Parking responded to my email to say:Blue Badge holders have authorisation to park within a marked disabled bay as long as their blue badge is clearly on display within their windscreen, however, they must still purchase a pay and display ticket by entering in their correct vehicle registration in order to park on site due to the ANPR system in place.
Displaying a blue badge within a vehicle does not negate blue badge holders from the parking restrictions in place at this location.
However what their signage says/suggests may well be something else:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Also, case law tells them that they should allow extended time for such visitors (more time per tariff):

That success applies to any car park, arguably, as it was based on the EqAct.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
