Definitely, I can see prices dropping 10,20 and sometimes even 50K. But I personally can't imagine it will drop even more, at least not that quick.
They probably said that in Japan in 1990, and in Aberdeen and Australia more recently.

Off to Battersea tomorrow to check this little beauty:

New building it seems in good conditions so I'm quite excited. £1720/y for Service and £350/y ground rent. Also, I think is borough of Wandsworth which are one of the cheapest in London.0 -

Remember to laugh out loud and shake your head when they are showing you round.0 -
Where’s the bedroom?0

Yeah it's a studio, everything in one room. According to the pictures, the bed seems to be a regular one. Hey it's a new building at least, you don't really find a lot of new properties around for that price...0

Why what's wrong with Battersea? :S0 -
A new build will always carry an extra premium. This has a bedroom and is cheaper:

Nothing, Battersea is fine.
How is the studio you're going to view worth £50k more than this virtually identical studio in the same group of buildings? Even the room size is the same.

I just didn't wanted to deal with EA giving me pressure of the offers. The last studio is cheaper but it has already 'Offers in excess'.
The one I'm viewing doesn't have any offer, so eventually I can make one and mention the same studio going for lower with another agency0
