Letter of Claim from BWLegal

My wife, as RK has received a LoC from BWLegal in connection with a disputed PCN. She has returned the form disputing the claim on the grounds that she was not in control of the vehicle on that day and has never been asked who was. She has asked for a copy of the airport bylaws.

What is the next step?

Did she identify herself as driver? Did the \PCN mention bye laws? Who are the PPC? Where did this take place?

Have you read the sickies? There is considerable information therein about PCNs where byelaws apply.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

You have posted about this previously and need to return to that post and edit or delete it as you reveal the drivers identity there - the ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you

Court claims right from the LBC you have got to the hearing and all the steps involved are covered in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum

Study it now, see the advice on sar/requests for a hold due to debt advice etc and keep it as your Bible till the hearing.
