    Brilliant result - do you have the case reference number (+ court, judge name and date) as I would like to reference them in my case against OPS as I am contesting their poor signage.
  • It was claim number F2GF30HM, Worthing County Court, District Judge Clarke, 16/06/2020.
  • Thanks CM. I don't suppose there is a redacted copy of the judgment anywhere? As it would be good to grab some direct quotes. No worries if not. An excellent result against OPS.

    Most cases have no judgment as such, because it’s expensive to obtain a transcript.
