Moved BB to SSE Problems - so confused !!

Hi
Just came from work to find BB not working (with plusnet) - no trouble - turned it on and off - still nothing. Called the helpline up and was told that my account has been closed......shock horror - I though no problems, I am moving to SSE and I have their router, they just have not told me.
Then the plusnet guy mentioned I was moved to Post Office - what??!! - I thought must be a comms issue or they are affiliated together or something. I plugged in my new router from SSE and got nothing back
So frustrated....I fear that there has been some admin !!!! up and I have some account with the PO now - I am so confused.
One thing I have learned - BB is more important than water !!!
