I have had a PAYG brick as a phone for some years now firstly with Orange and now EE.
Does the new system of getting a PAC work on this type of contract (I just top up when required) so that I can get a new phone (on contract) but keep my phone number?

Nothing happens unless you use the PAC supplied by return text0 -
