Landowner/planning question ref ANPR

Currently receiving letters from DRP for a charge that still has not been presented in full - no comprehensive NTK other than the vague and threatening comms from DRP. The location in question is owned by a supermarket chain but would appear to operated by a very well known car park management company. On the original planning application, it was the supermarket company that requested ANPR and additional signage yet I am being chased by a debt collector supposedly acting on behalf of the operator and not the landowner nor, it would appear, the equipment owner either. Is this a point to be made if things develop further? Many tx.

Please take some time to have a read through the Newbies thread. Is this FAQ (from the Newbies thread) relevant to your case?
Q - ''I am getting debt collector letters! They're really scary, the 'fine' has gone up, what do I do?''

A - NOTHING! Unless this is the VERY First letter (England/Wales) in which case, appeal as if it was the 'Notice to Keeper'. DO NOT RING THE DEBT COLLECTOR - DON'T TAKE THE BAIT!
See post #4 below, please NO NEW THREADS RE 'IGNORING THE DEBT COLLECTORS' STAGE.

You can find the Newbies thread towards the top of the parking forum or alternatively via this link. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou
  • Who is the PPC ?

    Which supermarket ?

Approach the supermarket manager for cancellation with receipts or credit card statement if a regular customer.
If they won’t help ask for the email of the CEO letting them know you will take this higher.
