The only previous correspondence received since the appeal was via email, they photocopied a letter stating appeal had to be through driver or RK.

    Appeal was done by RK.

Letter asked for further details of driver.

Since that correspondence I have received nothing and have then received the letter of PCN reminder.

Did you ever receive a NTK letter by post, a month or so after the PCN on the windscreen, addressed to the keeper?

If not, then email them back and point out that you are the registered keeper, you appealed quite correctly (because you were the keeper all along and perfectly entitled to appeal) and choose not to respond to the phishing email asking you to name the driver.

Further, you were never sent either a NTK or a POPLA code, and you are aware that it is now too late for them to send a NTK, and that by not supplying a POPLA code to an appellant keeper, and merely replying pretending that they could only accept an appeal from a driver, they are in breach of the BPA CoP on two counts.

Give them seven days to cancel it or you will report them to Steve Clark at the BPA.

I did receive a NTK letter by post after the PCN on windscreen. This is when I asked if I should respond on this thread.

I am uncertain of how to respond given I received the letters and appealed accordingly

Sorry that you didn't receive any further guidance! I'd just like to know how you got on with this though as I'm now in the exact same situation as you.
Wanted to see what happened before I post a new thread (sorry if this upsets anyone :) )

The OP has not been back here for over six months and may never see your post.

Read the sticky thread for NEWBIES.
Send the appeal template in blue text, unaltered from The Keeper.
Start your own thread if you need further help and tell us what the sports centre/gym manager said when you complained. (I'm not sure how you know your situation is exactly the same as the OP's as they never mentioned the name or location of the gym where the alleged event occurred.)
Complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.
