there are plenty of posts on this forum that specifically answer the "shall I try mediation" question , and why the usual answer is no (that mediation question is standard for the small claims track and is probably suitable in other civil disputes, but rarely in parking disputes)
Agreed but i did not select mediation on the original court reply but now being offered it. So I was wondering why and if this was different now the judge had read the case notes ???0 -
