Mobile insurance

Looking for some suggestions for well priced but trustworthy insurance for my current phone. It was second hand but still a lot more than I would normally pay but it is quite recent. I don't normally insure my phones as they'd be quite old and cheap to replace but I really need to get cover for this one.

Some sites I'm looking at don't offer theft cover, is that normal? I'd want cover for any possible drama really but definitely water / being dropped / theft.

Quite a few of the 'packaged bank accounts' offer phone insurance as part of the package. You don't happen to have one of these?

I know both Nationwide and Barclays offer this.
