Smarty (3) and GiffGaff (O2) are other good no credit check offers.
Check GSMarena for your phone frequencies.
I had a look on GSMArena and annoyingly, although they list the frequencies in full for 4 out of the 5 worldwide versions, Canada just shows as LTE.
The 4 listed in full however all list band 20(800) as being supported so I suspect they'll be fine.0
